Enrollment Process

Here at The Wholesome Playhouse, we believe that each child deserves personal and individualized care; therefore, we promise to maintain low staff-to-child ratios compared to commercial child care centers. For this reason, we can only enroll a handful of children at a time; but since we vary the ages of children in our care, there are always new openings available. If you are interested in enrolling your child in the future, we would love for you to fill out our Enrollment Interest Form and the owner, Krystal Wang, will review your application and contact you regarding your child’s status of enrollment.

If we have space available, we will send you an email with the Enrollment Packet that includes all the paperwork required before your child can receive care. All paperwork can easily be typed and filled in using Microsoft Word. Once you have completed the forms (minus the signatures), please email them back to Krystal Wang to review. After Krystal has approved of all paperwork, you will then need to set an appointment to address any questions and sign the forms in person along with pay a one-time enrollment fee of $100 to guarantee your child’s spot in our care.

If we are at full capacity at the time that you would like to enroll, you have the option to put your child on our waiting list and pay a non-refundable enrollment fee deposit of $20. If you accept, Krystal will send you the Enrollment Packet to complete. There are no time limitations; however, please do act fast as the waiting list fills up quickly. Again, we ask that you fill in the forms by typing in Microsoft Word and email them back to Krystal Wang to review. Upon approval, you will also need to set an appointment and sign the paperwork in person to put your child on our waiting list.
